• ISO-KF = Small flange components in accordance with DIN 28403 and ISO 2861 in nominal diameters of DN 10, 16, 25, 40 and 50 ISO-KF. Application as per configuration: Pressure range 10^-8 mbar to 10 bar. Temperature range: -196 to +200 °C
• ISO-K = Clamping flange components in accordance with DIN 28404 and ISO 1609 in nominal diameters of DN 63, 100, 160, 200, 250, 320, 400, 500 and 630 ISO-K. Centering rings with seals also available in DN 800 and 1000 ISO-K. Application as per configuration: Pressure range 10^-8 mbar to 2.5 bar. Temperature range: -196 to +200 °C
• CF = UHV flange components in accordance with ISO 3669 in nominal diameters of 16, 40, 63, 100, 160, 200 and 250 CF. Application as per configuration: Pressure range 10^-12 mbar to 1 bar. Temperature range: -270 to +450 °C
