Gas analysis in the pressure range of up to 1 bar

An inlet system is required if gases are to be analyzed with a mass spectrometer at up to atmospheric pressure. A capillary inlet enables the introduction of the gas in nearly unchanged composition. A pressure-controlled gas inlet is advisable for changing pressures.
